Kickback is a fintech application in the paid referral space. The Pendulum team was tasked with creating a general-purpose AI that could improve payment validation and resolve payment disputes between shops and sales agents.
Our development team devised a strategy to heat map the existing platform and observed the natural user flow. We surveyed over 2,000 unique interactions and tested their various stress points.
Impact
With Pendulum’s turnkey AI modules, we delivered phase 1 of the project and utilized only half the allocated timeline. Our time saving allowed the Kickback team to divert more resources to completing the platform and gathering essential data from their users.
Our team quickly realized key bottlenecks and helped the Kickback team implement a more streamlined approach to onboard new users. As a result, we reduced the overall time between payment transactions by 2x.
