Pendulum Expands To Toronto

We are excited to announce our expansion office in Toronto. Starting in January 2022, our Toronto team will be leading the R&D for automotive inventory and services

The roadmap for Pendulum 2022 also includes creating more integrations into popular CRMs such as Salesforce and Hubspot. This approach will help produce more dynamic and on-demand customer data that both human and machine agents can use.

Future collaborations in the works include deploying an AI Agent for Vehicle Direct Group (VDG). The multi-year deal with VDG begins March 2022 and will harness the latest online marketing data dedicated to selling and purchasing exotic cars.

Kickback announces a partnership with Pendulum (Pendulum AI Systems Ltd.) to support Kickback’s growing CX team. The partnership, which will begin in Q3 of 2022, will help accelerate the development of a 247 AI Agent built specifically for Kickback’s customer success department.
